Lee Kian Choong: Chinese Ink Fine Art (2018–2024)

Light, Movement & Transcendence

This recent body of work represents a culmination of my artistic journey, where physical form yields entirely to the ethereal. Between 2018 and 2024, my focus shifted toward capturing the intangible: the fleeting nature of light, the fluidity of movement, and the sublime experience of transcendence.

Through translucent ink washes, radiant tonal transitions, and dynamic, sweeping gestures, this collection of Chinese Ink Fine Art explores the boundary between the material and the spiritual. The canvas becomes a portal of pure energy, inviting viewers to move past everyday perception and experience a profound sense of quietude, weightlessness, and higher emotional resonance.
